They are trying to steal my money. I placed an order then paid for it which they say they post next day. After hearing nothing for few days I contacted them and they said they never actually had the stock and was expecting it in few days and would let me know when it arrived . So week later still nothing and I needed job doing so I contacted and asked to cancel and they said ok and would pass to accounts to process within 5 days so 11 days later and still nothing and they are not replying to my emails. Am I wrong to say they are thieves. Are there staff no good at their job. Are they told to not return customers money. Do they always take payments for stock they don't have.they don't answer so I myself don't know the answer.

What a shocking rubbish company. I made an order on the 30th of April. Bits never turned up till the 11th of May. 1 part was damaged. I emailed and sent photos. I phoned up again on the 18th asking where my part was. Told it would be here Monday 22nd, still nothing . Have just ohoned uo told it will be here Wednesday. Hold every little hope. I don't no how anyone would want to use this company..

Steer clear of these buffoons. Waited two weeks for no order to arrive. No communication from them, every time I rang to chase the order was told they would ring me back (they never did). Was told the order would arrive today, and after waiting in all day, eventually got hold of someone and was told it would be next week. Joke of an outfit.

Ordered materials for a land drain installation on the 6th of May and still haven't received the full order on the 18th! I have phoned many times to chase it up, only to be told different things each time, and promised delivery dates which fail to happen. To be fair the last person I talked to did return my calls when he said he would, but the order was still incomplete when it came this morning so it hasn't made a great deal of difference. I will definitely be going elsewhere next time.

If you need materials to be delivered reliably then don’t buy from them. Very poor communication from the company. Order placed week ago but still not received. 3 times they have lied about the order despatch delivery date. Excuse given that they don’t know why I have been given wrong dispatch and delivery date by the previous person.

BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY DONT HOLD STOCK THEY ONLY A MIDDLE MAN IT ALL ONE BIG SCAM READ THERE REVIEWS Worst company iv ever came across Made a order Monday heard nothing no tracking information nothing so emailed them today to be told there is no stock and they’re waiting for it so I will not get it till the end of next week so I’ve asked for a refund still nothing now won’t reply to any emails total scam company selling items they don’t even have in stock and if you check their feedback it is shocking be told they refund me when they fill like it. going through there reviews everyone is saying the same no stock no delivery and there won’t give refunds there seem to take money when they have no stock and then refuse to give money back buyer beware scam company there feedback says it all

Awful company. Didn’t have stock and couldn’t provide a delivery date. Waited over 3 weeks then had to cancel. Then took over 10 days to refund me and that was only when I chased. No names on emails for contact. Frauds, Would never buy from again.

Sky Plastics should be pie in the sky plastics, took my order and my payment for above ground soil pipe 21 days ago, after 7 days I called the company and some of the order was sent, I am short of 8 x 3m soil pipe, 4 bends and 5 Tees, chased up and repeatedly promised delivery date, contacted today to be told waiting for stock probably another 7 days, this company will let you down and don’t care or compromise. I don’t leave negative feed back I just don’t buy again. Except in this case very poor company and horrendous customer care. 1 star as it won’t except 0
