Isnt this the one in the news for the two year old getting out of the nursery and wondering up the road and a passer by getting him before he came to any harm. Be careful where you leave your children not to be trusted

My son started at this nursery at the beginning of the month he has only been there 2 weeks and already 2 incidents have happened! The first one my son choked on a piece of bark but they got it out straight away and told me straight away I signed the incident form for that because stuff like that happens and children put things in their mouths.. On Friday the 16th of September my son was playing out with the other children and I believe there was 4-5 members of staff outside with the children. My son somehow escaped the Nursary and ran to the main road outside the nursery and crossed over my son is 2! The nursery then rang me an hour later to tell me my son was found my a member of the public in the ginnel they lied to me and tried to cover themselves up. This happened at 15:30pm and I was informed at 16:34pm!

My daughter goes 2 days a week and she has come on so much since starting at the bungalow 8 months ago. The staff are lovely, especially her key worker, Emma. They upload photos and updates to their app each day so you know what your child is up to - often they don't update it fully so that could be improved on but we ask lots of questions when we pick her up anyway. They do lots of fun learning activities and outdoor play, and it's like a home from home setting which makes the children feel at home. My 19 month old daughter is normally very attached to me and doesn't go to many people, but she gets excited when we get to the front door and walks straight in without looking back, if that's not a sign of a good nursery then I don't know what is!

We moved our Son to this nursery mid December 2021, his previous nursery in the local area was so dire it was unbelievable. I cannot fault the help, support & communications at The Bungalow - the staff feel like family - infact we have even aided on trips when they needed help- and it was a great day and experience - we will definitely do it again! We use the nursery app and get full updates of how he's been and lots of 'golden moments' when he's done well. We are receiving specialist support from the team, their wider SEN staff (who work across several sites) and a local Community Nursery Nurse - its been fabulous having this help and support especially if you are a parents who's never experienced SEN before. They have an amazing outdoor space for kids to play, including a forestry bit at the side where they have been planting flowers and growing their own vegetables. The ladies are all so lovely and approachable -i would highly recommend going to see this nursery and what they have on offer. We only wish we would have put our Son here first/earlier - hes developed so much since coming here and he is thriving so well - it truly is something special to see and be part of. Its sad to see some of the recent reviews on here and how darn right nasty people can be - we're not members of staff, just working in partnership with this excellent nursery for our Son. Thank you All 😊

My Little girl has recently started going to this nursery. Cant fault them at all - Emma her key person is fab with her and so kind and gentle, really made me feel better knowing my little girl found comfort in Emma really quickly. The manager Lucy has always been really helpful and lovely. All other staff I have seen have been approachable and welcoming. My little girl is learning lots and does tons of messy play which she loves just nice for her to be somewhere having fun. Outdoor space is fab and used lots!

Wouldn't recommend this nursery since it's been taken over by Sky High Achievers we took our daughter out. We loved it previously but new management team are not good to say the least. There are much better nurseries in the area. It says a lot that staff, managers, the owner and relatives are leaving reviews of their own nursery/nursery they work at after apparently emailing parents "begging" for reviews. This isn't a fair and honest review from real customers.

Used to like this nursery until it was taken over by a new company. They were flexible and understanding. These days when you ring the bell the management just sit and stare at you through the window rather than answer the door. Only time she has ever got up to answer the door was when she wanted to charge me an extra £25 for picking him up at 4 instead of 3.30. They changed the diary app to one that isn't as good and now It seems to only be filled in every other day, never any pics any more. They increased prices by 10% . My payment goes out on 1st of month. They sent invoice with new fees on 30th. Not enough notice when you use tax free child care account as you have to send money then wait for it to clear before you can forward it. I underpaid by £9 now threatened with a £25 admin charge if not £9 not paid within 6 days. Seriously? Pathetic. Just a polite reminder is all that is needed if you have respect for your customers. They sent emails out begging for review recently....so here it is! UPDATE .After seeing my reviews they have terminated my contract with Immediate effect - good news for me as I had handed in notice anyway so got out of the notice period..it demonstrates how unprofessional they are though. This is also demonstrated by the fact the managers, directors and staff have all left 5 star reviews on here. Very few of the 5 stars are actually from customers. Who wants to leave kids in the care of a business with these standards of professionalism?
