We had such a great experience! We'd been recommended Skosh over 3 years ago but life got in the way so we've only just had the chance to visit. It was well worth the wait though! The food was stunning - I enjoyed every single dish. Their cocktails were fantastic too. Our servers were fantastic, so attentive and friendly. Honestly, I can't recommend Skosh enough. Kid-friendliness: We didn't go with our kids but there was a table with their and they were really good with them. We even spotted a couple of high chairs in the back so we'll be back with our two at some point!

There’s no point going to York if you don’t go to Skosh. On the most recent visit this week I had some mackerel, char-siu pork, asparagus and a brioche bun with feta. This list hardly does justice to the quality and taste of the cooking and the imagination and skill that go into the dishes. It’s a terrific place to visit with great service and a decent choice of wine, beer and cider and all very fairly priced in these straitened times.
