After having ordered from Skoops on many occasions, this evening I have decided that I will never order from them again. It took 2 hours to get the order and when I phoned them, they weren't particularly pleasant. When we eventually got our order, I was just given a load of excuses. I would strongly recommend not using Skoops of Leatherhead.

I bought two cakes from this store. When I opened the first cake, it was ok therefore, my partner and I ate that cake. When I opened the second cake, it had MOULD and FLIES on it. It totally shocked me!!! I am sure they are selling expired cake to all the customers!!! My partner and I have had food poisoning for the past two days; we are currently experiencing nausea, diarrhea, and exhaustion. Alert!!!! Don't eat anything from this store, please. I complained, and the store manager was extremely unapologetic, arrogant, and made excuses.
