I have placed an order for a few products. I was informed one of the masks was not available and I would be sent a little replacement while awaiting for the product. After a week, I have contacted the shop and was ensured the product is being despatched. After another week, I had to contact the store again as have not received anything. I have not received any response. I have tried emailing for another few weeks, but have never received any reply. Overall, I would recommend the products, as I was happy with the results, consistency and presentation. But would not recommend the store at all… It is very hard to get in touch with anyone and every conversation just ends with empty promises. Such a shame, as the products have so much potential!
