Manager Ruined Day For Second Time Never Going Back The day was going okay was a lot of cheating and not calling hits. Manager Ricky thought that it is a funny idea to give people genuine hearing damage. (Verified By NHS). Ricky was laughing the whole time while 2 people were on the floor covering our ears for his entertainment. It took me to make a complaint to Jamie about Ricky for him to come over and give a what felt like a pathetic apology. So I severely do not recommend anyone to every play at Skirmish Exeter for Airsoft. I emailed them and specifically asked for Chris or Rachel to give me a call but what a surprise Jamie rang me not happy.

I have participated in 2 games thus far with Skirmish and I have enjoyed the experience of getting into this new hobby which I am very much enjoying. However after my 2nd game on the 26th of February 2023 there is much to consider. The rest of the Staff have been very good to everyone from what I have seen along with my own interactions with them and have behaved super professionally and have been very helpful. The manager however has made me consider if I want to return to this site. After a situation with a friend of mine being accused of using metal BB’s which he was not. My friend explained the situation to one of the Marshalls and showed his evidence to them and they said for future to not use them just in case. I cannot remember the Marshall with the dyed hair) but they spoke and he was super helpful talking to my friend about the BB‘s and advised him to not use them again, he was super understanding and I commend him for his professionalism and treatment of my friend. The manager came over and shouted and screamed at my friend making threats to ban him or to take legal action with police. My friend was trying to explain their case and spoke very calmly. He did not want to hear it. Very one sided argument. it seemed he wanted to shout and scream at them and I felt he behaved very aggressively and there was no need for that. The situation could have been easily resolved with a simple conversation rather than acting so aggressively. This has made me reconsider the possibility of coming back as I worry about the treatment of other customers as I do not feel that is the right way to resolve issues with customers especially if you want them to come back. His customer service leaves much to be desired

New to Airsoft, going for first time two week ago was fun and met some great people. Which made me and my friends feel welcome, Second experience not so much. Extremely rude and power hungry Manger threatening and being very aggressive. Luckily another Marshall was very nice and understanding. But doesn’t make up for the attitude, raised voice, threats and aggression towards customers specially new customers looking to become regulars. made me and my group of friends reconsider if we should even come back. Manger handled the issue in a very poor manner, being an owner of my own business I would not accept that behaviour from any of my staff no matter the issue addressed. And I hope you consider looking into this further as it will not only affect regular players but also any new players looking to join.
