We needed to short-term rent a place urgently and this flat was perfect for our needs. Clean, spacious, in great condition and with all the mod cons we needed, we spent around a month there. The location is ideal, very quiet at night and with places to eat during the day, and it felt very secure. There is street parking all around and a supermarket downstairs that you cannot hear during the day. It really was a home from home and we'd highly recommend it.

This was our third time staying here as we live in U.S. and our family lives in Halifax so it's a great place to stay when we visit. Very clean and well appointed apartments, great location and Broderick is extremely helpful with any questions and is very attentive to any needs we have. Easy booking, communication and of course great prices. Cheaper than a hotel and you have a whole apartment/kitchen. We'll be back again this summer.
