Attended interview as a funeral planner on 11 the August and was eventually contacted after chasing a response 11 days later. The reason for delay was failure to communicate result despite attempts to leave a message. On checking my voicemail daily there was no record of calls being made or left! No contact was ever made on my landline or by email either until I chased them up ( again) today. This is the second time I have applied for this position with this Company .Their communication is poor and lacking. Their inefficiency in this regard bodes well to reestablish themselves in Skipton. They cannot be trusted or relied upon .

They talked me through everything that needed to be done and gave suggestions about things I wanted to happen in a friendly and professional manner.
