Hidden gem. Lovely peaceful surroundings with specimen fish to be caught. Big chub, carp, perch, tench and huge bream. Never caught a bream below five pounds and the carp grow to 20+ with a good head of 10lbers. Can be very difficult in the summer months with weed making most pegs unfishable, how ever the owner leaves a double rake out so if you have time on your side then the rewards can be worth it. Floating baits for the carp, live caught roach for the perch and maggots for the bream.

Good days fishing but need strong tackle as i got smashed even with 18lb mono (cos of snags) fish was up in water dived again a snapped it clean. Weed isn't as bad as it has been, and banks are clear for bivvys and brolly systems. Just pay at box at top of the road, in the shed, before fishing.
