Poor communication. Booked a skip 9 days in advance for a monday, kept phoning and being told it would be delivered that day. Instead turns up the next day. Finally when i phoned to return skip, told em not to collect on the day as i would not be home. Was told it would take 3-5 days to collect. Instead they turned up same day when i wasn't in despite instructions. Very Poor communication, you need to listen to customers was told would phone before delivery and collection but didn't happen. Will be using another company from now on. Service: Construction debris removal
