Unfortunately if I could give them 0 stars and not recommend this company to anyone I would, I have previously had a skip delivered and collected which wasn't the drama instead I had the drive chuck pieces of the skip out onto my drive and when I rang to ask why the driver would do such a thing I had to then prove my innocence to the women in the office whilst they was insulting me laughing at me and just being rude by hanging up on me thinking it was funny, I explained I had paid a lot of money for the miniature skip they provided and had packed it to there requirements after a length back and forth and more insulting behavior over the phone from them, I had to send evidence to prove they had threw rubbish off, then they sent a driver back to collect the final bits. Rudeness 10/10 Professionalism 0/10 Word of advice spend an extra 20 pound and get guaranteed customer satisfaction by going elsewhere there loads in the area and I wouldn't recommend this place even If I owned it.

Wouldnt bother using these guys at all, not only did the driver remove things from a level loaded skip, but doing so created a mess around the road. When complaining both the employee and the manager said we were in the wrong. If you wana pay guys to come pick up rubbish, avoid these guys, give your money to someone who is capable of carrying out the job. Terrible drivers, rude staff in the office, avoid the head ache

Just wanted to leave a quick review to say how pleased I have been with the service I have received. I have now hired a skip a couple of times and on both occasions it was delivered and collected on the dates confirmed. I would not hesitate to recommend using ISL.

Easy, quick and efficient getting a skip delivered and one of the cheapest in the area however getting the skip collected is a nightmare. Still waiting for the skip to be collected after having the skip on my drive for 6 weeks. I was told I would have it for one week. When speaking to customer service they are not the most helpful and do not provide any clarity on when it will be collected. Service: Dumpster rental
