    The hair removal service is a complete waste of money. I have been advised to buy 8 sessions package and after three treatments I was super impressed that hair was falling off. After 5 sessions hair started to grow back as normal, by the end of the treatments I saw a reduction in the thickness of the hair but not in the coverage, the more I shaved the thicker it grew again. So basically I’m back to normal now. Not to say how painful it is, it literally burns. When I complained about it I’ve been told that is not an actual hair removal service but a hair reduction, clearly never stated when they tried to sell the package. Before thinking that I’m a rare specimen that the treatment didn’t work on, I bought an 8 session package for my husband too(in those first sessions when I was impressed - big mistake) and the same thing happened to him, towards the end of the sessions hair just grow back as normal. Staff are nice and friendly though.

    I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately laser hair removal sessions on the Hollywood area wasn’t effective for me. Also, painful each session. I had 8 sessions which came to over £400 back in 2020/2021 so not the cheapest laser hair removal currently on the market. I have started treatment for laser hair removal again, but this time with The Laser Clinic for Hollywood & underarms. I’m really impressed with the results so far. After 2 sessions the hair is noticeably reduced . They use (YAG) which is a much better machine and more effective for DARKER skin tones. I paid £157 for 6 sessions which was an offer that’s on until next month . A big price difference in comparison to Skin Spirit.

    I have had a bad experience using skin products that was not tested on my skin properly. After initial consultation I was offered to buy products without giving any sample. Soon after I started using them my skin developed a sever allergy reaction which was terrible to the extend I had to keep my face in the bucket of ice regularly through out the day. I could not sleep, I could go to work as my face was so swollen and itchy. I phoned the clinic informing them about my skin situation. They were not helpful enough as I had to keep chasing it up myself and hold them responsible for the products they have sold. After a few weeks finally managed to see the consultant therapist explaining it all about dreadful experience I went through. After suffering for so long finally they accepted to exchange some products and give me sample before selling me anything. As a regular customer I went back to the clinic and bought skin products which I believed was suiting my skin. Very soon I found out the products were sold much cheaper online. When I complained about the difference in price they just told me if you order online you will have to pay for delivery. The products I bought was over £100 and I could have easily ordered those products online for a cheaper price with no delivery cost! I am very disappointed with their selling strategy therefore I have lost my trust in them buying more products. With a competitive market now a days they should not forget to be loyal to their customers. If you really like their products make sure you check their pricing everywhere as they can sell it any price as there is no fix pricing in their manner.

    Absolutely terrible service lack of communication from the team, made an order on 2nd Dec 2021, 16th Dec i had to call back for the 2nd time and this time get a refund. Service needs improvement
