I had surgery here, the Dr was lovely. However, I did find it unprofessional that I was not given at least a nurses number on a card, to call with questions about aftercare. Instead you have to email Reception with questions, which I was unaware of at the time.

In 2020, I developed a small mark on my nail and went to Skin 55 on an emergency basis because I was concerned. When Dr. Bashir saw me, he made me so worried and nervous, suggested a biopsy!! I later saw two private consultants, both of whom declared my nail mark was benign!! Nothing had changed after two years, and Dr. Bashir's likely diagnosis had proven incorrect! This clinic is not recommended!! I wasted £250!

Booked an appointment with Ophelia VERAITCH. When we turned up for the appointment, there was no record of it being booked. If they had told us they had no availability, we could have scheduled somehwere else. Reception staff are uninformed and rude. Huge waste of time.

As a extremely nervous patient. I highly recommend Skin 55. Right from speaking with Sue from the outset, to Dr Sonal Shankar who was empathetic, understanding and put me at complete ease. I also want to extend my thanks to nurse Nicky during my procedure, she is an absolute credit to the team - a heart felt thank you. Would definitely use again in the future.
