Really wanted these guys to be amazing but we're really disappointed, my partner went to the Waterloo store to purchase some items, only a few were in stock that she liked so placed an order to be delivered. Paid in store then a few days later gets a notification of a second payment being taken! Contacted them and was told had to wait up to 30 days to get the money back (£150) okay so that's bad but the cherry on top,almost three weeks later she's still waiting for the items that she's been charged twice for to be delivered and the customer service seem hardly bothered. There are lots of places that sell similar items and if this, our first experience is anything to go by I think we'll be heading elsewhere. Still not had any contact or update about our order... Terrible service!!

They never have any of the stock on their website in store, the staff are totally apathetic, what they do have in stock is often damaged before you even buy it, and anything that isn't more often than not fits poorly and is badly designed. Go to literally any other competitor if you care about quality, design, service or affordability.

I dont write reviews. but honour has the kindest most supportive staff ever. Im trans and often get treated like a weirdo in clothes shops. the staff where incredibly kind and supportive and helped me with trying on some outfits giving great advice. Prices where amazing especially for latex which can feel like a premium item sometimes in the hundreds range for simple items like dresses. Honour doesnt overcharge and have many items sub 100 pounds which are high quality. plan to make the shop one i visit frequently. I cant overstate how amazing the staff are. Theres an amazing range of latex, pvc and other alternative clothing. This store has left me smiling
