Sent off kit on the 7th of September and emailed the Skin Trust Club to ask what was happening. App has been updated (4th of October) to say that the sample has been received. Very slow so far. Will update review when results are processed. Update: Received results and agree it was worth the wait. Really interesting data. Still figuring it all out, but love that it comes with tailored skin care recommendations. Looking forward to trialling products and reading more about my microbiome.

Skin Trust Club is a really exciting service if you are into your skincare! I originally did my skin test in July 2021 and I was delighted when I received my report back with a detailed day and night skincare routine based on my skin sample’s results. More recently however I was very impressed after updating the app when I saw it had been totally revamped and my existing report had some new insights including an interesting breakdown on skincare ingredients most suited to my skin. I find this information helpful when it comes to trying new products, as I can cross reference this list to see if it has the ingredients that I need. Looking forward to retesting my skin in the future to compare my results!

I am obsessed with this service. I spend a lot of time (not to mention money!) taking care of my skin and I was fascinated that there was a way to test my skin to determine if my choices were actually helping or hurting. And I was shocked by the results. I was convinced I had balanced but dehydrated skin. Turns out I actually have oily skin. The tips they provided helped me make changes and when I retested 3 months later, my skin was balanced. I will test every 3 months from now on, as tinker a lot with new products. I cannot recommend enough!

Same issues others are facing. Sent kit back on August 5th still don’t have results. It’s been on the analysis step since September 27th. I’ve read their response to others about being overwhelmed. I guess it is what it is but I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I agree with the other negative reviews. Test received August 31. It is now November 3. App says the analysis takes an average 2-3 weeks. It is now going on 2-3 MONTHS. I don’t even see how the results can be accurate with the sample most likely being outdated and expired. If looking into this company for the skin sample test, PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. Also, I don’t want the company responding to this post a “we are working on it” reply to make themselves look like they have good client relationship manners. The only response I would like are my results after waiting much longer than needed to. Do your job by getting accurate results to your consumers within reasonable time and not have them wondering months and months later.
