This was my second attempt at going through TSW. I only lasted 3 months the first time around and promised myself that I wouldn't put myself through it again. After an unexpected hospital stay where I was without my steroid cream I decided to try again. I had treatment at skin solace for just under a year and my skin is now doing really well. I still have some minor irritations here and there but nothing that I can't deal with. I'd definitely recommend skin solace as an option to anyone early on in their TSW journey as I think that is what made the difference for me this time around. My skin was supported since week 3 of my journey and I made steady progress with a few set backs along the way but I was guided and reassured through every step. The only downside of the clinic is that it is not in London. If it was I'd still be treating myself to a once a month facial for sure. If I was to flare again I'd definitely go back. All the staff are lovely and honestly want you to heal. Thanks to all 💚

Lou, Jing, their team and the safe space they have built are a godsend. They have supported me and many others throughout our TSW journeys. In the 9 months I’ve been visiting SkinSolace, I’ve slowly gotten my life back. And I’ve seen others do the same. I could not have done it without their support, their loving care and the CAP-treatment they’re offering. They truly change lives. Our weekly chats and catch ups are the only thing I will miss about TSW.

Absolutely amazing team of clinicians, extremely friendly and brilliant communication. If you become a long term customer you can get a discount. I would recommend visiting them for TSW and eczema related issues. Sometimes there's limitations on appointments but that shows how successful they are and how they keep having returning customers. Also the CJ serum really helped me with oozing eczematous skin, 100% recommend it, wish it was available on NHS as opposed to poisonous steroids.

I don’t even know where to start! Everything about getting treatment at this clinic is a 5-star experience. Jing and Louise are so easy to talk to, so understanding and helpful. They really make a daunting thing like TSW seem manageable and they are always there to listen when you need advice or when you want to talk. The aesthetic nurses are also the sweetest people on Earth, as they also welcome you into every session with such warm and inviting energy. The clinic is truly a safe space for anyone wanting to find solace (no pun intended!) from TSW. Everything is managed so well, and every aspect of the experience is accounted for by the owners and employees!

It’s hard to find the words for how grateful I am to this clinic and the people there. I arrived in a bad way and was met with understanding, nurturing and quality care. They supported me for weeks until I was well enough to go ahead with my wedding! They are knowledgeable, calm and has served as a place of true solace for me as my journey continues! Can’t recommend enough.
