the worst clinic ever, avoid it, rude staff, clinic manager. I had laser hair removal and a relative had a surgical liposuction. both failed, extreme pain, very expensive, very rude, they cancel appointments etc. The worst experience I ever had, even the clinic manager. The lady who was doing my laser hair removal comeneted on my body very rude and unprofessional, very rude comment I can't even share on here. The only good person I saw in this clinic is Lisa. I now use another clinic and I'm very happy there, much cheaper, quicker results, very kind and flexible with appointments, caring, respectful and Professional.

Very professional and shows a great deal of. involvement with me as her client and what I wanted, plus she has a strong emphasis on aftercare. looking forward to my next session! receptionist has been lovely and very polite too, letting me stay and cool my face down for as long as I need to.

Fantastic practitioners and service! I was hesitant to start laser hair removal as I don't have fair skin and was worried about getting burned, but the practitioners made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment(s) and gave me aftercare tips that I followed to minimise redness. I have now completed my treatment course and I have minimal, fine hair on my face. I feel much more comfortable in my own skin and I would easily recommend this place to anyone considering getting treatment here! Thank you everyone ❤️

Skin Medical is the premier place for co2laser treatment, I begged my brother for years to have laser treatment. So I walked through St Ann's Square seen the advert. I urged him to go there, he was wearing foundation make up, to cover his acne scarring. It would take him 1hr and 30 minutes to get ready to go out!! My brothe received many bad comments, how can you be her twin your ugly she's beautiful and model. How can you be twins, so nasty comments to my brother. So we went to skin medical we met the nurse she was so understanding to my brother, she said you don't have deep scarring it looks to me like you have surface marks which we had been told by a dermatologist before. The nurse don't worry if you have to have two sessions it's not a problem, just give it a chance. So he did he was treated very very well. About 1year later my brother is total different person confident out going. A new job, after being so depressed for 12 years and hiding away. I am so please with skin medical. You are polite and very caring people with people have suffered with acne scarring. I can not thank you enough. All the best wishes I could give you thank you. Francesca Verardi

Hi Helen its Rebecca. I love this clinic its the only place i go for my treatments i suffer from acne rosacea and it was really effecting my life with not much help from gp just pushing antibiotics on me that did not help my skin at all just made me sick. I found helens clinic on Google and started going getting ipl for my skin condition and now my skin its starting to heal and repair itself i now feel so much more confident. Also helen is lovley and welcoming and cares about her paients all staff are very nice so thank you guys 😊
