Hands down the best facial I’ve ever had. Everyone in Skin Matters is so lovely, making you feel immediately relaxed and welcome, whilst the clinic itself is nothing short of beautiful. In particular though, I cannot sing the praises of Kara enough. She was warm, knowledgable and thorough. She knew exactly what was needed within moments of seeing my skin. I got all the advice and information I had been looking for and left feeling like a new person. I’m already looking forward to my next session.

My absolute favourite place (I travel from East London for these facials). I have been going to see Kara for facials since 2021 and have always had the most wonderful experience. My skin has improved so much, always feels super quenched after my visit and my body/mind so relaxed. The beds are also insanely comfortable.
