Unfortunately i was scammed by this "clinic". I made an appointment that i didn't expect to be a zoom meeting! Zoom meeting for £50 to check on my skin?! Lady, who was consulting me, she wasn't any doctor or professional person to help me with my skin issue. How do they suppose to help with skin problems, of they're not allowed to prescribe meds? Then the same woman asked me if we have GP and to make an appointment with him. Absolutely lack of any professionalism, 5mins conversation and all of that has cost me £50.. Do not ask them for help.

As soon as dr saleena seen me she could tell what needed doing to my face without me having to say anything and in my head that was exactly what I was thinking too!
