I had my first ever tattoo today with the incredible Rosa. The whole process of design, consultation, discussion was fantatsic and then today for nearly 5 hours it was such a joy. Almost meditative. I've been thinking about getting a tattoo for 10 years and I am left with something so perfect I can't stop looking at it. Even my kids love it! Rosa is phenomenal and skin candy is a total haven. My husband had his 1st tattoo for his 60th birthday last week by the wonderful Hollie! He felt so much at ease having his 1st tattoo done with Hollie who reproduced the image of a rose tattoo that he had found online to perfection. Not a bad review of the studio, studio is lovely and the owner is a lovely lady. Just a bad review of one of the artists unfortunately. Had a tattoo done by Kai. Was disappointed with the quality. Lines and shading both quite bad... there are multiple errors which Kai refused to acknowledge. wobbly lines, and spacing is inconsistent. I feel mugged off as he u Insisted he could do the design I was asking for and said it was "dead simple" but the final result was like a sloppy low grade version with poorly executed lines. I was also disappointed by the customer service from Kai and generally he was not very friendly. Literally the type of artist I was trying to avoid. The tattoo was very important as it is in remembrance of my brother but Kai still refused to give me a partial refund to go towards having it fixed by someone else. I would not want it redone by Kai for free as he didnt do a good job on the lines and I would not trust him to do a good job second time around. He was also very unsympathetic and even patronising in his reply, bringing up one of my other tattoos by another artist having the audacity to say it did not heal well and that I am not happy with that one either. When in reality I am very happy with my other tattoo which is 10 years old, has never needed a touch up and looks far better than the one Kai gave me. Regardless it is Very inappropriate to bring up my tattoo by another artist. Really regret going to him. Massively disappointing experience, and now my memorial for my brother is ruined, and the sentiment has been ruined by the artists inconsiderate, unsympathetic and rude attitude. So Im going to need laser to remove it, which will be costing me about £400. Kai's customer service was poor, and his attitude unprofessional. During the tattoo process at one point I got the impression from his tone and demeanor as tho he found the whole thing tedious, unfortunately by that point the tattoo was already half done. He really should have advised me to go to a different artist who specializes in the style I wanted, instead of insisting he could do it. Shows poor integrity. And never once did he say "Im sorry for your loss" or make any such condolences for my brother. Absolutely shocked by the lack of compassion. Even tho I was not happy with the tattoo it would have been fine if the artist had been a kind person to me.

My poor mum was so excited to get her first tattoo here. Unfortunately she caught covid and let the studio know. They refused to refund her deposit, which was for a large sum of money. With Covid being the reason (and can prove this with a lat flow test), I'm appalled that they have such a bad policy for covid and such little care for their customers! There is no way my mum could have known 7 days in advance (which is the cancellation policy), you don't predict Covid!! There was still over 48 hours notice given, but they will not refund or reschedule without a new deposit being required. As someone who is a key worker and has been throughout the pandemic, I'm shocked that a company can take such little care of customers during this difficult time. AVOID!! UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE TO PREDICT THE FUTURE AND CAN SEE COVID COMING.
