Terrible service, The man had already made up his mind that he didn’t need to see my headphones and get it out of my bag to know he couldn’t fix it, I did anyway whilst I appreciate you can’t fix everything to already say you can’t fix it without seeing the repair I found deeply unhelpful.

Excellent, friendly service, took our combination microwave to get fixed and they managed to turn it around the same day and for significantly less than the cost of buying a new one. But maybe avoid first thing on a Monday, we had a failed first visit as they hadn’t opened on time :D
