So far so good....the sales/booking teams have been very helpful during this process, knowledgable and willing & able to answer specific questions. It helps they've been to many of the ski resorts personally. I had a few queries around the pricing of extras which they speedily check & resolved, again great customer service. Good friendly practical advice and overall I'm very pleased. I'd readily recommend.

We are a big group so using them took a lot of stress out of the process and was done with efficiency .... the sales agent was very knowledgeable on the resort I was interested in staying in and gave more alternative options to consider. I had a few questions to which the agent called the hotel directly. Very much looking forward to our trip !
