    Very helpful team as always. Huge range of clothing & equipment for all ages. Kitted our 2 year out with a helmet and goggles, the guy who helped us even found some more to try out the back. What I really like about Ski Plus is that they have the very latest clothing to buy but they also have a vast range of previous season kit at discount prices. It's not just catering to the super rich but basically any level and any budget plus the team are the friendliest bunch and not pushy at all.

    Extremely rude and chose behaviour to try and goad and esculate a situation that was completely uncalled for. Disgusting treatment from this man. Outrageous overreaction from whoever this member of staff is. Talking over me and not able to regulate his temper. Obviously felt as I was a woman he could get away with it. Edit in response to owner reply: I do use the businesses in the parade regularly, that is why I park there, under the huge business sign. As you state there are multiple businesses that is parking for and you have chosen to take action on their behalf? Are they aware, did you consult or check if I was in any of their shops? ... You really thought this course of action was the best, that you had acted in a reasonable manner befitting the level of situation and give a professional impression. I was parked respectfully in a space, there were 3 other parking spaces and you purposefully parked across the back of my car. Also blocking the entrance and exit for any other customers. This could have been handled in so many other ways. As you state I asked a reasonable question and immediately your response was hostile. I was already tentative because it was such an obvious act for esculation purposes. You had to close and leave the business because of the actions you had taken and your choice on how to deal with this situation. Some options for future, Park where you usually do or in any of the other spaces and leave a note if you are so concerned and needed to inform of an issue (then you don't need to leave your business if lone trading). Or you could have just gone about your day and no harm done. Anyone reading this , I was treated so appallingly and disproportionately to the situation that I have taken the time to put this response. Why do people think it is ok to treat other people like that. Honestly can we all just be a little kinder. It goes a long way.
