    Just returned from a holiday to Italy and Austria with a group of friends, all booked through Katie at SkiLine. Katie was interested and attentive to my requests from the beginning. She helped to add people to the booking, as others joined, and assisted in obtaining a refund for one friend who had to cancel.     We have booked with Skiline before over 10 years ago. This time with the lack of snow in France everything was a bit more complicated but Elaine from Skiline was absolutely amazing. She was at the end of the phone or email throughout the tricky time. I can honestly say I would never book through another company, Skiline are amazing, but especially Elaine. I can't recommend this company, Elaine in particular enough. Thanks again Elaine.

    I have to admit that we've not yet taken the ski holiday, which might render this review premature at best. However, I have found the responsiveness, thoughtfulness, patience and professionalism of the Ski Line rep Elaine so exceptional, I had to mention it here. Even if we don't end up taking the holiday due to Covid or quarantine or whatever, Elaine has been fantastic. A great asset to this company; I hope all the reps are as terrific as her.

    Beware of Ski-Line Booked a holiday with Ski Line back in August 2019 .. paid in full £18k. Holiday was cancelled due to COVID-19, Ski-Line contacted us at 10.30 night before travelling. We are now 10 weeks on and have still not received a refund after numerous correspondence and telephone calls. They received payment from us promptly and are not complying with regulations to refund our money. No customer care whatsoever, we are left high and dry.

    Just used Ski Line to go to Borovets, Bulgaria. The trip ran smoothly and the reps were always on hand if we had questions while we were there. Balkan holidays offered a number of activities to do each night such as a bar crawl, Mexican night etc this was really good as it was just the 2 of us and it gave us the option to meet some new people. Overall no real issues with Ski Line, the price we got was good and we were happy with our holiday.

    Holiday went smoothly; however, Skiline took more than £300 more from my payment card than quoted. They forgot to add the ski school price in, and instead of admitting mistake, just charged the higher amount. This left me quite disappointed with them at the time.
