We've just got back from an amazing holiday in Chalet Aigle in Les Bruyeres. It was our second trip to the same chalet with our now 6 year old and for the second year running it was all wonderful. It was so easy in the mornings getting our daughter to the ski school with the brilliant nannies collecting and taking them on the v short and easy walk. She loved having lunch and the afternoon sessions with the nannies and other kids. For those with only one child it really is lovely to have other kids in the chalet around her age, and makes such a difference to her (and us!). The breakfasts and evening meals were all fantastic and the food a step up from what we've had before in ski chalets / hotels. All the chalet hosts and chefs were brilliant and bent over backwards for us all week. Literally the only improvement I would make is to add small bottles of prosecco in the honesty fridge for those of us that don't like beer! We'll be back next year, possibly twice!!! Thank you.

We stayed in the amazing Chalet Aigle in Bruyeres. The childcare, food and chalet were excellent. Access to the entire 3 valley ski area from the doorstep. Our children (2 &1) were looked after brilliantly by the childcare staff with lots of activities and outings as well as the cinema and play room in the chalet. In the evenings we had canapes, a three course meal with table service and a cheese board afterwards. The wine was also very good and the honesty bar well stocked. Booking for next year right away... Just got back from an amazing holiday 11-18 of March 3 valleys falcon chalet we’re amazing 2 time we have stayed there all staff were great this is the 3rd holiday with this firm to the 3 valleys and always good our 3 kids have had a great time and me and my wife have also thanks for the brilliant memories and we will see ski famille in the future only down side wish we could drop the flights for a discount and fly from a airport more in northern England 🏴 keep up the good work guys

Ski Famille used to be really good. We went in 2018 and returned in 2019 because it was so good. Unfortunately I can’t say that now. We have just returned and it’s safe to say standards have slipped but their prices haven’t. Making that worse is the inability of senior management (Guest Relations and the Managing Director) to accept standards have slipped and that they have sold a really awful room (marketed as a suite but far from it) at a ridiculously expensive price. Their complaints procedure is shocking and the Managing Director simply doesn’t care about his customers, that is plain to see. Rather than offering compensation, the offer was a derogatory voucher for another holiday with them when they haven’t even dealt with the compliant (i refused the offer). Shame on you Ski Famille and my advice to anyone thinking of travelling with them, don’t bother! There are lots of companies out there so shop around. Senior management don’t care. The staff who suffer at the hands of this shower really are lovely. Shame those staff aren’t looked after as they should be. As a family we will never use Ski Famille again or recommend them.

This was our second year staying in chalet marjorie in Les Gets with ski famille. I can’t rate the holiday high enough. The whole family is taken care of from the minute of arrival. We stayed with our 6&9 yr old children. We used the ski nanny service and supervised lunches, so every morning the kids were dressed in their ski gear and walked up to the slopes to their lessons by the nannies then collected after and taken back to the chalet for lunch and we would collect them at 2pm then all go out on the slopes together. This meant the adults got plenty ski time. Our kids enjoyed all the food, us adults enjoyed our food-special shout out to Rory for the most amazing napkin origami in the evenings! The resort Les Gets is great for beginners but also has a good few red runs too. It’s not a mad apres ski resort but we did find one bar at the bottom of the piste for some outdoor music/dancing and that was plenty for us. Just having all the cooking and cleaning and childcare taken care of meant we felt we were getting a real holiday. We will definitely be returning in 2024!!!

I don’t normally do reviews but - What a holiday! - Besides the perfect weather, groomed slopes and Ski in/out, Ski Famille were brilliant in all aspects. We normally sort our own arrangements, so this was a first for us on a package deal fully catered. Everything was easy, booking, information, flights, transfers. We were in Reberty 2000, Chalet Chamois. The Chef Cristina, and hosts Izzy and Emily were fantastic, very accommodating particularly as our daughter is a very fussy eater. The fresh homemade afternoon cakes were amazing (Victoria Sponge, Chocolate cake were particular favourites), sitting in the hot tub watching the last skiers coming down is a view worth every penny itself. Ski passes delivered to the chalet, so many nice little details made the experience stress free. We will be using Ski Famille again next year. - What a week!

We have just come home from a fantastic holiday in La Plagne with Ski Famille. From the point of booking, chalet staff and the nannies nothing was too much bother. The Children had an amazing time skiing (thank you to Becca for getting them out) and all the activities after. Our daughter has said it was her best skiing holiday ever!!

As others we had a dreadful experience with Ski Famille in the pandemic and seeing them advertise again is so frustrating. To avoid having the same experience please ready and pay attention to the poor reviews. When Covid hit they shut up shop and refused to answer phone calls or emails for months, which when they have a big chunk of your money for a holiday you can't go in is very stressful. Refused refunds despite being offering a package (so insurance wouldn't pay out either as it was legally their responsibility). Eventually got a full refund via our bank but truly dreadful experience. Sounds like we were luckier than others who had to take them to court. Would never recommend (and we had used several times before, you find out the true colours of a company under stressful times).
