Called up to ask whether their services would be suitable, and when I mentioned our property was ex-council they were dismissive and ended the call. Didn't explain why it was unsuitable or what their expertise in-fact are, which could be valuable information to any customer for work in the future. There is always a way to explain to a customer, tactfully, that you don't want their business - disappointingly this was not one of those times. I would suggest a higher level of professionalism and courtesy on the phone to customers or anyone enquiring about your business. - Editing to 3 stars, but not my original statement, as this is the only review and don't want this review to put people off as haven't actually used their services.
