Mike Sheppard the managing director is rude and arrogant to say the least. Everything is a problem for him, unwilling to help, falsely advertises products and services, place an order for one thing, and he sends whatever suits him ie: old stock, anything he wants to get rid of, so if you buy from this company, please be prepared to be extremely disappointed.
