I enrolled in four of Asha's courses during her Australian tour (Speed & Fitness; Stops & Slides 2; Downhill; Reverse & Transitions). Even though I'm an experienced inline skater I learned so much in each course. For example, I finally mastered the Power Slide stop on both sides after Asha broke it down for me. Asha carefully explains the techniques she teaches, breaks things down into component exercises and then guides you as you apply them yourself. She's always observing and helping you perfect the maneuvers you're practising. Her delivery is friendly and encouraging, and everyone has a good laugh. Class sizes are a maximum of around 12 so everyone gets personalised attention. Whether you're a beginner or advanced skater, on quads or blades, kid or senior Asha will help you improve your skating. I can't recommend her highly enough and can't wait for her next visit to Oz so I can build on what she's taught me.

Skaters in Adelaide had been looking forward to Asha's visit, and we finally got the opportunity in March 2023. Asha was so patient and gave everyone in class attention. Incredible stamina! For me with an ice skating background, I definitely appreciated any help to transfer my skills. We hope to see Asha back in 2024.

Amazing! If you have the opportunity to do a tour or take lessons with Asha go for it! You'll leave with amazing sights, skills and a whole new community in tow! I attended lessons in Perth and the tour in Brisbane. Asha herself is a kind and patient teacher who meets you at your level and knows exactly how to nudge your skills along :). It's also a huge privilege just to see her skate - one of the best on the world!

An absolutely awesome weekend with Asha in Brisbane 18-19/3. Asha has helped me reignited my desire to inline but to want to now improve (I was getting lazy) Always encouraging and positive and with boundless energy to share (it was mighty warm and humid over that weekend) Skatefresh tours are excellent. You will laugh, learn and have a throughly enjoyable time. Asha is the best instructor one could wish for. Sam

I did a 2 day skate workshop with Asha at the Melbourne Museum while she was here on her Australian tour, and I had the best 2 days. She had such a great vibe, very funny and engaging and she took the time to learn everyones name in each class. I was a bit less advanced than others in the groups, but she was very attentive, noticed when I was struggling with something and gave me a step to work on first to lead up to the main thing. The way she teaches I found I went from thinking I wouldn’t be able to do something, to suddenly being able doing it within a really short time. I have learnt SO much in just 2 days and have months worth of practise from the sessions. If you ever get the chance to learn from her I highly recommend you go for it. Asha is an absolute legend!
