Always busy and lots of people just sitting around on the ramps go in the morning

I went today at around 3 o'clock and it was extremely busy with random people that weren't even using the park and sitting on ledges and were in the way. There was hundreds of scooter kids just snaking and I wasn't able to use any ramp at any point! I would recommend going in the morning as there won't be as many people and mainly nice beginners
