We are visiting London & wanted to rent a scooter while we were there to get around. I filled out their online form, received no response. So I sent them a message on Whatsapp. They responded in a very odd way. I asked them if they rent scooters they said to enjoy life and be happy. They would not answer a simple questions. finally after a little prompting they told me the do not rent to visitors. I would not have pursued them but they are 20 minutes closer then another company from where we are staying. Maybe they have great service if you live there but they certain do not want any visitors to use there store or services.
