The people running SK Real Estate are quite unprofessional and clearly incompetent. Several weeks have lapsed since I made contact via Zoopla and SK Real Estate's official website, with no reply. However, the property still shows as available. Is it to difficult to be informed if a retail premise is available or not? I would exercise caution before considering SK Real Estates if you have a retail premises to let as they don't have the professionalism to respond to simple inquiries. Conducting themselves in a manner that will damage future business relationships. Reading previous reviews it seems to be an inherent problem that shows no sign of changing.
