Very friendly professionals at this clinic. They were clear explaining the information I needed to know and the forms I needed to fill out. I felt a bit like a number and was expecting a bit more of a personalised treatment. Because you have to shave before the laser treatment they never actually saw my usual hair growth which I would have liked them to see. I also used the Harley street clinic twice due to being away for work (huge advantage for me!) and they personalised my treatment a bit more and seemed really quite interested in how the process was going for me. The therapist decided I needed a higher level at Harley street (which I saw quick results both times!) and when I returned to Plymouth they didn’t seem to want to, so I didn’t feel like I got the results I could have as the majority of my treatments were at Plymouth. They take photos of the area, which I consented to for their records, which was a little un-nerving due to my intimate area and only explained about privacy of where the photos are stored after I asked. They ask for a ‘percentage’ of removal since the previous treatment before each session which I found very difficult to accurately gauge with no real guideline. It can get very patchy and thinner, some areas more than others. I had 8 treatments and with a post assessment they suggested another 3 more. In the end I was hoping to see less hair, although they did explain hormones play a part. However I think if the level of laser had increased I would have seen better results. All in all I had a good experience and they made me feel comfortable. Service: Laser hair removal

My journey started with an initial consultation, I was so sick of being self conscious with my roscea, acne scarring very dry skin and pigmentation. I decided to do something about it and I'm so pleased I chose this skin clinic!! The consultation was very informative creating a treatment plan and using products they recommended to use everyday on my face before starting treatment. The products alone made a difference in my overall skin concerns. Currently I've had hydrafacials, chemical jessner peels and microneedling treatments. Fantastic every single treatment absolutely over the moon with the results and as for the staff they're lovely! Nothings too much trouble! Andrea I look forward to seeing everytime I have a treatment she's so knowledgeable and does a brilliant job.
