Really hard to get an appointment. Usually go to the clinic as can’t rely on the call centre. Took a long time to get an appointment this was then postponed a week. Finally got to attend to find the clinician wasn’t there because there was some issue with the booking system AND the equipment had broken down for the second time. Promised a call back to rearrange still waiting a week later. For the cost of treatment the customer services is pretty poor Service: Cosmetic dermatology

Very unreliable and unprofessional service! Cancelled consultation appointment once, had to wait almost 2 months for 2 appointment for then to be Cancelled again 30 min before actual appointment, as I was already parked nearby and childcare arranged again, did go in anyway and have been seeing by someone else,however been told I'll receive a phone call to book an appointment for treatment and guess what, no contact at all, also cannot get through to them. Paid deposit for what? Non existing service? Avoid if you can!

This was my second visit to see a dermatologist having seen them less than a year ago. During my appointment the dermatologist had no recollection of meeting me nor appeared to have any of my notes from my first appointment. I was asked to recall what she had said to me at my previous appointment as she clearly could not remember. I felt very let down for what isn’t a cheap service.
