I had a hydra facial booked in that I had prepaid. Unfortunately, half an hour before the appointment (after I paid for parking, childcare, time off work) I was phoned by receptionist to state that my appointment was overbooked and I had to rebook. I asked whether I would receive a discount/voucher for the inconvenience.. I was told I was lucky that Skn was cancelling, as if I was cancelling I would have to pay. Not sure how that was supposed to be reassuring. (!!!!???)I emailed the manager Nav and still not heard back.

I had a consultation with the doctor as I wanted a second opinion on my scarring. He was not able to offer treatment for me due to my specific circumstances. However, he was very knowledgable and kind to me when I expressed my worries. There was some confusion about the consultation fee but the clinic manager was very helpful and resolved my issue promptly. Following my consultation I decided to book in for Hydrafacials as I have been considering the treatment for a while and thought the staff were very professional upon first impression. I look forward to returning for my facials.
