Avoid at all costs! Paid for 8 sessions of hair removal, after 5 therapist left! She was never very happy at work! Never got all areas treated at same time as not booked in correctly, so had to return for multiple trips. Once therapist left had next session cancelled at short notice due to therapist annual leave, then subsequent appointment cancelled as laser broken down! Refused a refund so essentially paid for 8 sessions only got 5! Go elsewhere! Service: Laser hair removal

I had 2 blocks of full body laser hair removal + a top up (another 3 sessions) so have invested quite a bit, yet I am still having to shave. I have achieved approx 40% hair reduction overall which I don’t think is good enough. The clinic is good on paper, but in practice they are not reliable: they cancelled / rescheduled many of my appointments (very often last minute) meaning my schedule was disrupted and I could not have the consistency. Also, some therapists really rush though the treatment - my full body treatment was often only taking 45 minutes! This meant that it was not done as thoroughly as I would have liked. I often asked for them to particularly focus on my knees / upper leg but they were rushing the treatment anyway. I have decided to cut my losses and continue my treatment elsewhere. I do not recommend them for laser hair removal. Service: Bikini hair removal

AVOID this company at all costs. I have been left with permanent scars for rest of my life due to thier negligence which ofcourse they are not ready to accept. After 5 treatment for laser hair removal, on 6th occasion a new nurse treated me and didnt clean my face, went in bit harsh with the machine and within two hours of the treatment I was in A&E with burnt skin which was caused due to excessive aggression with the machine. I have raised on multiple (more than 10/15 ) occasions with managers, senior managers but they have left me cold with thier cold responses. I was seen once by senior doctor but a follow up never happened or they out of courtesy contacted me to see if I was okay or not. The whole office is very hard to deal with in first place and the standards are so poor it is hard to beleive they can get away with thier poor standards and can ruin someone's life leaving them in depression because of thier negligence. Biggest mistake I made but anyone reading this, read twice and think ahead before you go in because you will be disappointed. I cannot stress how much inconvenience they have caused me for past 1 year and there is still no response from them or a courtesy to check on me. Service: Laser hair removal

Went for a consultation and decided not to proceed with them. Absolutely shocked with the quality of service , lack of professionalism and the rude staff. The person who was conducting the consultation made me very very uncomfortable , she lacks the basic interpersnoal skills , the way she talked and handled my private parts was blatant and humiliating ! She works as a receptionist at the front desk , conducted the consultation and was supposed to do my treatment session as well !! I felt she has limited knowledge about the treatmemt provided / precautions / side effects , I am a physician, and I would NO trust them with my body.

Had my first consultation at the Leeds clinic with Lucy yesterday for laser tattoo removal. She was very patient, attentive and explained everything in a way that I was able to understand but not be overloaded with information. The clinic is very clean, the staff are friendly and the prices are incredible for what is offered. I will most likely go back for other treatments that id want in future after my LTR.
