Would not recommend their services to anyone. I came in to make an appointment with a dermatologist about a skin issue I was struggling with. I had to pay a deposit payment (which is not a problem). When I came in for my appointment I was surprised to find out I was appointed to a general doctor not a dermatologist, who for the obvious reason had no clue about my issued and agreed that I should have seen a dermatologist instead. But for some reason I still had to pay for the consultation, yeah that's right I had to pay £100 just to be referred to a dermatologist (which I had asked for from the beginning). Once I came in for my appointment with the dermatologist I was given advice and recommendations for my issue (none of them worked, but this is not why the 1 star review). I had to pay for this appointment as well, to which I asked the front desk woman if I could speak to a manager since I didn't understand why I had to pay for being referred to a dermatologist from the general doctor, when I specifically had asked for a dermatologist from the get go. All she could give me was a complaints email, which I had sent an email to and never heard from back. What a TERRIBLE practice.
