Chavaughn is lovely and I repeatedly ask for treatments with only her! I would give her alone 5 stars. She’s highly experienced and makes me feel at total ease at my appointment. In terms of the laser I have had 3 appointments so far and I can’t see no visible results at the moment: I’m still having to shave every 3 days (hence the reason for 4 stars!) Recently bought a package for laser hair removal as they advertised 70% off, only to pay £20 for a PCN for parking in their own Car park at Edgbaston, which had a member of staff informed me to put in the car reg would have been avoided as my appointment was on a dark winter evening and the signage was not visible then to top it off I was bedridden! Covid) on the day of one appointment & couldn't give them the "72hours notice to cancel", they charged me for the session regardless! Quality product and can't be matched. Worth paying more to get more, including peace of mind. A slight misunderstanding on how the treatment works on me. It's important to listen to the customer. They're always happy to rectify but again, it's about company and customer working together for the best possible outcome. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
