I booked in, spent over an hour travelling and £30 in fuel and taken a day off work to have the exhaust done, arrived at the workshop only to be told they know nothing about my booking, even though i had the booking messages on my phone to show them. They told me they couldn't help me depsite the fact they have no work as the garage is empty, and they are jusy standing around smoking...very poor customer service to have me drive all that way and for them not to do the work.... Obviously wanted an easy afternoon!! Service: Exhaust

Res delete on my JCW. Lads did a great job. Very professional and clearly skilled technicians. Even took time to show me round their garage and other projects they are working on. Don’t often leave reviews but felt I needed too. I’ll def use again. Would highly recommend. Thanks SK Garage.
