It was first time i used Simon to service my one yr old boiler. Nothing much to do on it so he jumped at the job and completed it within half hour, during which he was constantly on a phone call to family/friend discussing his hse in wales! However boiler has worked fine since service. However a month later found a leak to rad valve which meant boiler wouldn't stay pressurised for long resulting in it shutting down. Simon obviously not interested in aftercare and small jobs as he never responded to msgs and calls for help! I got another plumber instead and Simon will not be approached for my new bathroom project. Service: Heating system maintenance
