It's often a nervous pleasure going here. Nervous in that for me eye tests just as much as going to the dentists can be a nerve wracking experience due to certain conditions. A pleasure in that the staff do their level best to be patient with me, give calm clear advice and guide me through interesting processes. I've also got really good pairs of glasses from here too that have proved their value.

My mother in law went for an eye test back in June for her and her husband, only for both of them to be pressured and swindled out of £1500 for 2 pairs of 'designer' glasses and £70 eye tests. This company is ripping off pensioner's and it's a disgrace. Go elsewhere, anywhere. It's a shame, they never used to be like this. It's all about money these days. I'm telling everyone to avoid at all costs. Distigusting behaviour.

I have been getting my eye examinations done at Williams Opticians for a few years now. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Importantly, they invest in the latest technology, helping identify potential issues early. Jane even saved me money, as my part of my previous prescription (obtained from another optician) was unnecessary! If you want a proper eye examination (and not just a box ticking exercise), I would recommend Williams Opticians.

Worst customer service ever! Finally went in because its so bloody expensive and they didn't offer to help us and then rudely asked us to leave because they wanted to leave early. They close at 5 and it was 4.40pm. Never again !
