    This was my first experience since my hair growing back, so having it cut for the first time was a bit daunting especially with it being crazy curly but I'm just so pleased I chose SJ Forbes. I felt totally pampered whilst there having my hair washed with a thrown in head massage .... So relaxing!! Glass of wine whilst Libby worked her magic.     If you can get past the receptionist’s rudeness you are doing well. When I walked in to SJ Forbes to have my haircut with Lisa the receptionist was very rude and told me off in a big way for being 12 minutes late and not phoning. I had a bad time parking in crowded Windsor and she didn’t want to hear it! This is the third or forth time she has been incredibly rude to me. The last time I cancelled an appointment on the day because I got sick the morning of the appointment! She let me know that was unacceptable and she would let me get away with it then but never again! I know there were other times that I have put up with her rudeness! Today I had enough of her and just walked out. I went elsewhere for my haircut! Sadly Lisa, the stylist I have been going to, is wonderful! I won’t go back though. I can’t tolerate that much rudeness and nastiness.

Steph did an amazing job on my hair and it’s exactly what I wanted! My hair feels in lovely condition even with the bleaching. Can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be going back!
