Initially SIXT was extremely helpful. However there was NO JOINT INSECTION of the hire car. I collected the car from a multi storey car park and drove to my hotel. In daylight my wife and I immediately noticed two small scratches which would have been hard to see in the poor light of the multi storey car park. I then took a photo which is time stamped to show that the car had existing scratches. However I received a huge repair bill. I will never use SIXT again Dave

Another great experience with sixt. This is our second rental and it went very smooth. Staff were very friendly and professional in Southampton. Very easy to get to the airport from the cruise terminal. We switched to sixt after a horrible experience with another rental company in Southampton. Keep up the great work sixt!

Bekannte hatte einen Mietwagen für 11:00 Uhr über eine Agentur gebucht und kamen um 9:30 Uhr zur Station und bekamen einen Wagen ! The car hire at Southampton was just fine. But BE FAIRLY WARNED if you intend to return to Heathrow. There is currently no signs posted showing rental drivers specifically where to return. You must get detailed location instructions before you drive!!
