    I hired a van from the branch, the van complained with regulations for restricted vehicles passing Rotherhithe Tunnel. Instead of appealing the fine from TFL, Sixt sent me the fine. I appealed but they debited my bank account without even reply to my email.

    THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT. We rented a car for a holiday and was told when we went to collect that they could not give us the car because the booking account had been blocked. The staff there did not explain why or when the block was put in place, despite us having booked sixt for years with no incident. He explained that an account block is something ONLY sixt staff can see, when you pick up the car, and if your account is blocked you cannot get the car. So get this straight - customers can book a car online even with an account block, (meaning the car cannot even be provided to you) and nobody at sixt will contact or tell you about it, until the pick up. Put in another way, SIXT TOOK OUR MONEY, GAVE US A BOOKING CONFIRMATION, WITH NO INTENTION TO RENT US THE CAR IN THE FIRST PLACE. I could not describe blatant fraud to you in any other way. How this company is still allowed to do business is beyond me, but needless to say we have filed a complaint to the consumer protection ombudsman. The staff here are also completely effed off and will not do anything to help, they literally just sit there and click imaginary buttons and tell you to talk to customer service - so if the impossible happens and every car rental company on earth disappears besides sixt, please at least use another branch.
