30th.April.2023 i was rent a car in this store. the clerk was very kind. and he asked me the full coverage insurance the cover any little scratches. so i bought this insurance paying extra money. after the day i returned the car at the parking lot. the staff in the parking lot cannot checked car situation. he said me “everything is okay” so i returned the key and i believed him. but!!!!! after the travel. i got email from sixt damage team. they said that watched the scratch !! i explained that this is not my fault. but!!!!! they impose 500 pound today without any explanation of this situation. i can not understand the result. you guys should explain the result. it’s not my fault. caution!! all the people using this car rental shop!!

After the rental was over, I received an invoice for a higher price than what was agreed, with no explanation. The amount was charged directly to my credit card. My email about this went unanswered. It took weeks of back and forth to realise they were charging me for returning the car late, even though I returned it several hours earlier. On a second rental, they tried to charge me for pre-existing damages, which were detailed in the contract I signed. I was not give clear info on how to pick up or return the car.

Never ever don’t go to this company.. they don’t know how talk to customers … I get £40 penalty charge and they take money from my account and than after 3 months I receive £170 the same penalty charge from debt company never ever trust this company
