Terrible service I rented a car on April 29, and the waiter didn't check the keys when I delivered the car. Gave me the wrong key. There is no abnormal sound when the car is out of the key. Stopped at a rest stop for lunch after an hour and a half drive from London. As a result, it cannot be started. After multiple confirmations, it was discovered that the car key was wrong. A lot of time wasted in the constant transfer of calls to customer service. It was not treated as an urgent matter and kept pushing other calls to call me. When I finally got the call. The counter also knows the key error message. Tell me to wait for the company staff to send me the correct key. The abnormality was found, the battery was replaced, the phone was transferred, and the waiting time was more than 3 hours. Now the car rental company received a ticket for overtime parking at the rest stop and asked me to pay 100 pounds. Don’t you think it’s ridiculous. How come you don't train better staff so this ridiculous thing doesn't happen

The day after I had my reservation confirmed, and 1 hour before I was due to pick up the car, they called to tell me they didn’t have a car. The only option was to pay them more for a higher category of car or cancel the reservation altogether. Thankfully another provider was able to get me a car at the price Sixt had quoted.

Sixt just called us an hour before our pick up time to tell us they don’t have a car for us. We’re about to check out of our hotel with our 80 year old Mom and all of our luggage, and now we have to scramble to find a rental car for our long drive today. We made our reservation months ago. This is unacceptable and very upsetting! You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. ~Jerry Seinfeld
