i am a regular hirer ( spent maybe £5000 in hiring vans in the last 12 months). had a van booked 2 weeks prior online Ali from the branch called to say they dont have the van available only an hour before pick up, did not want to solve situation and frankly did not care will be looking at alternative companies

Have been waiting for over an hour to pick up a car. The excuse they gave us was that someone call in sick, however the person who was at the front desk was rude and kept making calls on his personal phone while serving me, he also had his airport on the whole time. Once I got to the car I still had to wait, I had to inspect it myself and The thank was half full.
