The car was in a good condition and the service and the desk was quite nice. Unfortunetly I was overcharged 1300 pounds and given an information that a refound will take 7-10 business days. Just to provide more information the car was rented for 2 days and the company claimed that I drove over 2000 miles during that time (I don’t know if that is even possible), when the actual milage was around 130 miles. Right now I’m left with a huge problem of paying 1500 pounds for a 2 day rental. Beware that Sixt can treat you like a free line of credit and do nothing to fix their mistake in acceptable timeframe.
