What a fantastic Christmas experience! The Santa's Special train is a must for all families. No frills - do wrap up warm! But be sure of a warm welcome, wonderfully friendly staff (all volunteers I think!) and all the sounds, smells and sights of a steam railway. Our children were in awe of Father Christmas and the gifts they chose were brilliant! The adult refreshments were plentiful and delicious. I think a visit will be on the cards next year, too!
