A decent waste management site with affable staff who are happy to help. More "manual" than (say) Herne Bay in as much as there aren't any compacting devices. You simply throw your waste into the appropriate skip. Plenty of roadway to queue on in busy periods, but, like all Kent sites, you have to book your slot. I booked (Monday) for a 12:00 slot at 09:00 so it's now almost the same as the good 'ol days.

I am a 5ft1 woman who nearly had to struggle to lift heavy/large items because not only would they not let my son help me (the only help i have) with more awkward items which i can understand but what i don’t understand is how three fair sized men can watch that and refuse to help!!! Disgusting!! Health and safety is a rubbish excuse too as the only accident that could of happened would of been me lifting these items alone!! The only reason i am giving this place any stars is because they have luckily got a hero there by the name of Wayne! Thank you so much for your help and for very professionally avoiding any accidents on this occasion! To the other three ‘men’ that literally stood behind me watching, take some tips of Wayne!
