Of all the contact centre/call centres I have worked with and in, this is one of the best. They're not perfect (no business is!) but they're definitely doing their best. I have looked at many of the negative reviews and the vast majority of them are from people who where fired (or left before they could be) as they either had very poor attendance records or serious disciplinary issues and are trying to give the company a bad reputation. I was lucky enough to come up here in summer 2020 to help launch a new line of business for the site and was wholeheartedly welcomed and embraced by the staff here, many of whom I am still in contact with.
